- 09:30 – Pick up from Morioka Station by Bus
- 10:50 – Welcome
- 11:00 – Campus Tour led by Students
- 12:30 – Lunch
- 1:30 – Nature Walk
- 2:45 – Head Master’s Welcome and Presentation / Taster Lesson / Head of Boarding Presentation
- 3:30 – Admissions Consultation and Application
- 4:00 – Drop off to Morioka Station or local hotel by Bus

Eligibility: This event is only for parents of children who will be eligible to join Harrow Appi in the 2025/2026 academic year. This means that your child has to be born between the 1st September 2008 – 31st August 2014. This event is not applicable for parents who already have children at the school.
We recommend that you book your spot in advance as we will close reservations when we reach capacity.
